WE ARE ALL ABOUT LIVE TV
Live-switched TV coverage is a specialized part of TV production, requiring special skills and facilities
not normally found in “separate- camera-and-editing” production popular these days.
Live “OB” production is still the best way to cover long-form events, live to air broadcasting,
webcasts, and recorded productions where a lengthy editing phase is not possible.
Live event coverage is about the only form of compelling video content that isn’t rivalled by the “downloading” revolution,
so it’s well worth focussing on making excellent live content through which viewers share the live experience.
We supply subcontracted Outside Broadcast Van facilities and technical expertise,
to producers and other OB companies in the Broadcast, Pay TV, and Events industries.
“FLYAWAY KIT” RACKS OBs
For those situations where a truck is unsuitable, a small flyaway kit is available.
Only one rack of electronics, the rest is desktop!
Full CUU and technical monitoring is included, for superior picture matching.
OUR “VALUE PROPOSITION”
· Independent and privately-owned
· Here to provide technical service and support to our clients.

· Making judicious use of modern lower-cost better-performance kit, where possible, to reduce complexity and costs for clients
· Traditional broadcast values and standards maintained, no matter what the means of distribution and viewing: not an AV or IT operation.
· Carefully-planned and risk-managed OBs; years of experience!
· Genuine good technical knowledge and support.
with an AFTRS Diploma, an MITC Television Practitioner Certification and recently a SMPTE Citation (see pretentious photo below).
Peter also does freelance, TD-ing, CCU-ing and technical consulting, and can supply extra kit into client’s productions and facilities.
More plaque than in a dentist’s beard.
This combination of expertise and well-organised technology provides a useful and hard-to-find supplement to today’s TV industry,
where people with genuine technical knowledge and skills are rapidly becoming extinct.
We can recommend or supply specialist freelance TV crew for cameras, cranes, audio, CCU, graphics, switching, etc.
